12/10-10 Biceps & Shoulders

Today, I will post the first exercise-post on my blog.

First gym day of the week, went for biceps & shoulders today. Felt good, could have kept going for a couple more exercises, but my friend was finished so… Tried one new exercise for the shoulders, I will list the ones I did today below.

Biceps:

Normal dumbbell curls, warm up, 10kg each.

Bar curls, 5 sets, about 20kg I think.

Shoulders: Military press, roundabout 20+kg, 4 or 5 sets.

Dumbbell side shoulder raise, 7kg, 4 sets

Cable side shoulder raise, 5kg, 4 sets. This was the new one I tried, and it was great =D

Biceps & Shoulders:

Cable upright rows, 4 sets, about 30kg.

Some chin-ups ^_^
