Gonna get in shape for summer now, have to work hard for 6 months.
Went for chest/triceps today =)
Some pushups and light dumbbell press for starters.
Bench press 38kg, 5-6 sets á 5-6 reps
Cable crossover, 10kg each hand, 5-6 sets, some reps, didn’t count 😛
Incline benchpress machine, 10kg each hand, 3 sets, till failure
Cable tricep extension, 32kg, 7-8 sets, till failure/aching muscles
This got me tired good, felt nice throughout. No new excercises this time, maybe next week ^^
