Second day of the week, went for biceps/shoulders at home today, got weight plates for christmas, so now I can excercise at home any time 😀

Dumbbell curls, around 10-11kg each hand, some sets, some reps, till failure 😛

Military press, some weight, four sets, till failure

Barbell curls, 4-5 sets, till failure

Barbell upright row, 4 sets, till failure

Variation of the front raise, lift a dumbbell or weight plate over your head in a circular motion, and also to the sides. Alternate front and sides. 7,5kg, 4 sets, till failure

Concentrated dumbbell curls, 2 sets, till failure.
